You do not need to create an account to use the generator, and we do not ask you to register. The letter you produce is assembled on demand and delivered to you for download or copying. We do not retain a copy of your finished letter or the personal details inside it on our servers after your request completes.

We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their function:

• A third-party text-generation service, which receives your form input to draft the letter text.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, which provides bot protection on the form.
• Upstash (or an equivalent), which we use to enforce rate limits using your IP address.

We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies, and we do not sell your personal information. Fonts and assets are served directly from the site, so loading a page does not require calls to outside font or tracking networks. Any cookies that are set are strictly necessary for the site to function.

Because the service is stateless, the information you enter is processed at the time of your request and is not persisted by us afterward. Limited technical logs (such as IP-based rate-limit counters) are short-lived and used only to keep the service available and prevent abuse.

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
